Each pumpkin seed oil capsule contains 500 mg pumpkin seed oil of the best organic quality from the seeds of ripe pumpkins. The pumpkin seed oil is made from the seeds of the particularly nutritious species Cucurbita pepo L. convar. citrullina var. styriaca obtained from controlled organic cultivation through gentle cold pressing. Natural vitamin E supplements the pumpkin seed oil in a useful way, as it helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
