Description:
Highly effective gel for acne-prone skin. In addition to the patented RetinSphere® technology, this gel contains 15% glycolic acid and 2% salicylic acid. The high content of fruit acids promotes the exfoliation of dead skin cells and normalizes the keratinization process. 5% niacinamide has an antibacterial effect and strengthens the skin barrier. BIOPEP-15 reduces the proliferation of existing acne bacteria.

Active ingredients:
BIOPEP-15:
binds to the outer membrane of gram-negative bacteria and leads to their destruction. The damaged membrane causes osmotic instability within the bacterial cell, resulting in the death of the bacterium.
Glycolic acid:
is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that occurs naturally in sugarcane. Its exfoliating properties gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells, unclog pores, and stimulate the renewal potential of underlying cells.
Niacinamide:
strengthens the skin barrier.
Retinol:
also known as Vitamin A. Retinol is an important component of numerous metabolic processes, such as skin cell growth. An adequate supply of Vitamin A to skin cells promotes regulated cell division, which opens pores and prevents them from becoming clogged again. Vitamin A also stimulates collagen synthesis, thus increasing skin volume.
Salicylic acid:
is a beta hydroxy acid. It occurs naturally in the leaves, flowers, and roots of various plants and has antibacterial properties. Due to its lipophilic solubility and strong exfoliating properties, the top layer of dead skin cells is optimally removed, even on oily skin, effectively unclogging pores.
Directions:
Shake well before use. Apply to cleansed skin once or twice daily.
Warnings:
Store at room temperature, avoid extreme temperatures. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. A slight burning sensation is normal during the first few applications. If this sensation persists or worsens, increase the intervals between applications or discontinue use. Daily use of a high SPF sunscreen is strongly recommended (Heliocare). Keep out of reach of children. Dermatologically tested.
