The medicinal product Allefin (20 mg + 10 mg) / g gel contains two active substances - lidocaine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride. The indication for use is symptomatic treatment of inflammatory and allergic lesions accompanied by itching.
Composition of Allefin lidocaine hydrochloride, diphenhydramine hydrochloride (20mg + 10mg) / g gel:
Active substances: diphenhydramine hydrochloride and lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate. 1 g of gel contains 20 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and 10 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate and excipients: propylene glycol (E 1520), hydroxyethyl cellulose, citronella essential oil, edetate disodium, purified water.

Two active substances - lidocaine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride, are contained in the medicinal product Allefin (20 mg + 10 mg) / g gel. Diphenhydramine has an antipruritic effect and inhibits the action of histamine. Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect. The gel reduces swelling, redness and skin exudate.
Application:
Allefin medicinal product (20 mg + 10 mg) / g gel indicated for the symptomatic treatment of inflammatory and allergic skin lesions accompanied by itching (e.g. after insect bites, after contact with nettle). For use in adults and children over 2 years of age.

Store the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. The possibility of using the drug should be consulted with a doctor in the following cases: use of drugs metabolized by the enzyme CYP2D6, antibacterial drugs from the sulfonamides group, class IB antiarrhythmic drugs or other local anesthetics, drugs from the group of the so-called MAO inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, phenothiazine antipsychotics, anticoagulants. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: Avoid using the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding - lidocaine passes into a small amount into breast milk. The drug contains propylene glycol - 60 mg in 1 g.
Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use in the case of exudative and follicular dermatoses. Do not use in children under 2 years of age.
Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects while taking the drug. No serious adverse reactions were observed after topical administration of diphenhydramine and lidocaine. Not known: erythema, allergic reaction.
