The recommended dose is:
- For the first 2 to 3 days, take 1 sachet (30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride) 3 times a day (equivalent to 90 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/day). Afterwards, take 1 sachet twice a day (equivalent to 60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/day).
- If necessary, the dose can be increased to up to 60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride (2 sachets) twice daily (equivalent to 120 mg ambroxol hydrochloride/day).
