- For mild iron deficiency, swallow 1 sustained-release tablet whole with some water before breakfast.
- In cases of severe iron deficiency, take 1 sustained-release tablet in the morning and evening, approximately 1 hour before meals.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
- For mild iron deficiency, swallow one sustained-release tablet whole with some water before breakfast. For severe iron deficiency, take one sustained-release tablet in the morning and one in the evening, approximately one hour before meals. After three weeks, the dose can be reduced to one sustained-release tablet daily.
- The duration of treatment depends on the type and severity of the iron deficiency. To replenish iron stores, once iron levels have normalized, the intake of one sustained-release tablet daily in the morning before breakfast should be continued for another 1 to 3 months.
- Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you feel that the effect is too strong or too weak.

If you have taken a larger amount than you should
- If the medicine has been taken in excessive amounts, the doctor should be informed immediately.

- Do not take a double dose if you forgot to take the previous dose.
