Aptus Attapectin Indigestion medicine for dogs and cats 30 tablets
Mineral food for dogs and cats to be administered in cases of temporary indigestion.
Indications
The use of Attapectin is recommended in cases of temporary indigestion in dogs and cats.
At the same time, animals should receive an adequate amount of fluids (at least 50 to 100 ml per kg of body weight per day), preferably in the form of Nutrisal electrolyte fluid.
The need for fluids increases in the event of vomiting or diarrhea.
Action
Kaolin clay (atapulgite) and pectin protect the wall of the digestive tract, bind bacterial toxins and fermentation products and facilitate their transport and excretion.
Because they can also bind active substances of drugs, vitamins or iron, Attapectin should be administered at least three hours apart from the drugs and other preparations used, such as the synbiotic Aptobalance.

The preparation is administered 2-3 times a day, for 2-3 days
- Cats - 2 tablets 2-3 times a day
- Small dogs (under 10 kg) - 1 tablet 2-3 times a day
- Medium dogs (10-20 kg) - 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day
- Large dogs (over 20 kg) - 2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day
If necessary, the tablet can be crushed or dissolved in water. Tablet weight 0.7 g.
NOTE! Seek immediate veterinary advice in severe cases, if the animal's condition worsens or symptoms do not subside.
