Take Arnica/Betula comp. always exactly as your doctor has told you
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
take 5-10 drops up to 1 time per day.
It is best to take the drops diluted with water.
Duration of use
The duration of treatment of chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor.
If you stop taking Arnica/Betula comp. forgotten:
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
