Description:
Fiber of natural origin. It is not obtained industrially. This type of fiber is found in the annual plant psyllium and psyllium husk. Fiber can support weight loss, improve well-being and concentration, suppress appetite, improve bowel function, and relieve constipation.
Directions:
1 serving - 3 teaspoons of vital fiber per 0.5 liter of liquid. Consume 1-3 servings daily. Pour water, milk, or fruit juice over it. Stir and drink. For every 1g of fiber, use at least 30 ml of water. It is recommended not to exceed 3 servings daily.

80% psyllium seeds, 20% psyllium husk.
