INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil, menaquinone (MK-7, vitamin K2 from natto), antioxidant: rosemary extract, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3 from lanolin).

Active ingredients: 2 drops / 5 drops

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Shake well before use. Measure 5 drops on a teaspoon and consume directly or add to a cold meal (for example, salad).
Recommended portion:
Adults: 2 drops
Obese adults (BMI 30+ kg/m2): 5 drops
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
