Infants from 3 to 6 months (body weight over 5 kg): 1.25 ml 3 times a day, infants from 6 to 12 months (body weight over 7-9 kg): 1.25 ml 3-4 times a day, children aged 1 to 3 years (body weight 10-15 kg): 2.5 ml 3 times a day, children aged 4 to 6 years (body weight 16-20 kg): 3.75 ml 3 times a day, children in from 7 to 9 years old (body weight 21-29 kg): 5 ml 3 times a day, children from 10 to 12 years old (body weight 30-40 kg): 7.5 ml 3 times a day, children over 12 years old and adults (body weight over 40 kg): 7.5 ml 3-4 times a day.
