Product Description and Intended Use:
Sterile, single-use Lister bandage scissors, 14.5 cm long, for use in healthcare settings. The scissors are made of stainless steel and have a flat knob tip.
Composition:
Stainless steel.
Incident Reporting:
In the event of serious incidents related to the product, these must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is established, in accordance with MDR (EU) 2017/745.
Normative and Regulatory Requirements, Common Specifications:
Medical device according to MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR (EU) 2017/745. The product does not contain any hazardous toxic substances as defined by REACH. Marking on all packaging levels with CE and according to DIN EN ISO 15223-1 and DIN EN 1041.
Packaging:
- Primary packaging: Paper/film – Packaging.
- Secondary packaging: cellulose cardboard.
Storage and transport: Store
in a dry, dust-free place, away from sunlight.
Sterile product:
Before using a sterile product, visually inspect the packaging for damage.
Single-use products:
Reusing single-use products can lead to microbiological hazards. Reprocessing for reuse may impair the product's performance.
Disposal: Dispose
of according to locally applicable legal regulations and infection control standards.
