Preparation:
For one cup (approx. 200 ml), pour boiling water (100°C) over 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 1-2 g of dried tea). Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink one cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day between meals.

Storage:
Reseal tightly after use. Store in a dry place, away from heat and light. Keep out of reach of children.
