Each pellet contains 400 mg of pure organic barley grass. Our barley grass is grown by organic farmers in the Lake Constance district. The grasses are harvested just before sprouting at the time of the highest energy content. At no other time is the plant richer in ingredients. The leaves are automatically cut and then osmotically dried in low-temperature dryers at a maximum of 38°C. It is then processed into compacts (tablets). From the seeds to the production of the pellets, there is a complete certification according to the EEC Organic Regulation 2092/91 (DE-ÖKO-006).
