Ingredients: fennel, lemongrass, anise, caraway, black cumin, liquorice, carrots, red bush, lemon balm, ginger, blackberry leaves, rose petals, raspberry leaves, strawberry leaves, chamomile, mallow leaves.
Preparation:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons per cup with boiling water and let it steep for 5-6 minutes.
Drink 1 liter at will throughout the day.
