Betula/Mandragora comp., liquid dilution for injection. Indications: In accordance with anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature. These include: stimulation of the anabolic metabolism in painful degenerative and chronic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, e.g. joint inflammation (arthritis), deforming osteoarthritis (arthrosis deformans), subacute muscular and joint rheumatism.

Betula/Mandragora comp., liquid dilution for injection
Composition:
1 ampoule contains: Betula pendula e cortice, Decoctum Dil. D3 0.1 g (HAB, Vs. 23a), Filipendula ulmaria ferm 34c Dil. D2 0.1 g, Galenite Dil. D6 0.1 g, Mandragora officinarum e radice ferm 34d Dil. D3 0.1 g (HAB, Vs. 34d). Other ingredients: Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, water for injections. Contains milk protein (from lactose).
Indications:
According to anthroposophical understanding of man and nature. These include: Stimulation of the anabolic metabolism in painful degenerative and chronic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, e.g., joint inflammation (arthritis), deforming osteoarthritis (arthrosis deformans), subacute muscle and joint rheumatism.
Contraindications:
Do not use if you are known to be allergic to birch or the other active ingredients. This medicine must not be used if you are hypersensitive to milk protein.
Precautions for use and warnings:
There is insufficient documented experience with the use of this medicine in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Dosage and method of administration:
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and children 12 years and older inject 1 ml subcutaneously twice a week to once a day.
Duration of use:
Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within 2-5 days, consult a doctor. The duration of treatment of chronic illnesses requires consultation with a doctor.
Side effects:
This medicine contains small amounts of milk protein and may therefore cause allergic reactions. Very rarely, harmless irritation may occur around the injection site.
