For our products, the mushrooms are cultivated, gently dried and then the entire mushroom fruiting body is ground superfinely using the shellbroken process. Shellbroken is a special, superfine grinding process that increases bioavailability. Only the fruiting bodies of the mushroom are ground.
For the extract, the polysaccharides are dissolved from the chitin shell of the mushroom using an extraction process known and patented from traditional Chinese medicine, making them more available to the body.
