BIODERMA CICABIO LOSION healing application:
Use twice a day until complete recovery of the skin.
1. Shake the package well before use.
2. Cut at the base of the opening of the package.
3. To open and close, rotate the cap until it clicks.
4. Apply to the affected area with sterile gauze or directly with a special opening in the package after pre-cleaning.
If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
Do not apply to the buttocks area without medical advice.
Hygiene for the navel of newborns:
With each diaper change, use sterile gauze soaked in Cicabio Lotion and gently clean around the base of the umbilical cord, not pressing hard to avoid bleeding.
Then let it dry.
Wrap the umbilical cord area with sterile gauze by folding the edges and securing it with duct tape around the baby's abdomen or the end of the diaper.
Repeat this procedure until the skin of the navel is completely healed. The umbilical cord will dry out and fall off within 7 to 15 days after birth. Your pediatrician will make sure that she has fully recovered during the first month's visit.

Wash your hands every time before and after umbilical cord care.
