Biotic premium MensSana refers to the adult intestinal bacterial population and supplies the intestinal flora with selected bacteria. An intact intestinal flora forms the first line of defense against foreign substances and possible pathogens and thereby protects the underlying intestinal mucosa. This defense line can be weakened by taking certain medications (e.g. antibiotics) or an unbalanced diet.
The vitamin riboflavin makes an important contribution to maintaining normal mucous membranes (e.g. in the intestines or nose), which serve to defend against foreign substances. The vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid also ensure the normal function of the immune system.

Recommended dosage:
Adults and children aged 2 and over consume 1 sachet daily in the evening or before breakfast in 250 ml of tap water, still water or milk. Add liquid to the powder, stir vigorously and consume immediately.
