Supplementary feed for horses
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, skin, hair and hooves. Feeding-related biotin deficiency can make itself felt through brittle, dry hair. Dandruff can appear and the animal shows slight itching, the hooves crumble. Supplementary feeding is recommended, since biotin is not available in sufficient amounts in normal feed rations and the consequences of malnutrition or malnutrition (nutritional imbalances) can thus be compensated.
