Description:
BLUpan medical UD form a sterile, preservative-free, viscoelastic, clear protective film for the cornea. BLUpan medical UD contains sodium hyaluronate, the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, which, due to its special physical properties, forms an even, stable and particularly long-lasting protective film on the cornea without impairing vision. BLUpan medical UD also contains provitamin B5 (dexpanthenol), which, due to its high water-binding capacity, has the ability to moisten and care for the eye. This effectively supports the moisturizing properties of sodium hyaluronate. The combination of sodium hyaluronate (stabilizes the tear film) and dexpanthenol (nourishing, soothing) protects and moisturizes the surface of the eye and makes it lubricated. It therefore provides long-lasting relief from symptoms associated with:

• mechanical stress, e.g. when wearing hard or soft contact lenses or during diagnostic procedures on the eye,
• Environmental stress, e.g. from air conditioning, wind, cold, dryness or air pollution, e.g. from cigarette smoke, or
• for strained eyes, e.g. when working on computer screens, microscopes or during long car journeys.

Because they are preservative-free, BLUpan medical UD eye drops are particularly well tolerated even when used over a longer period of time. BLUpan medical UD eye drops are also suitable for contact lens wearers.

Application:
Separate a single-dose container. Make sure that each single-dose container is undamaged. To open, twist off the flat end of the single-dose container (do not pull). Tilt your head back slightly, look up and gently pull the lower eyelid away from the eye and place one drop into the conjunctival sac of the eye 3 - 5 times a day. Close your eyes slowly so that the liquid can spread evenly over the surface of the eye. If the symptoms worsen or do not improve, consult your ophthalmologist.

Composition:
1 ml contains: sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, dexpanthenol 2%, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid, water for injections.

Precautions and warnings:

• Do not use if the single-dose container is damaged.
• Do not touch the eye with the dose container.
• Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
• In very rare cases, the use of eye drops may cause irritation in very sensitive eyes.
• For single use only%%% Since BLUpan medical UD does not contain any preservatives, any remaining solution must not be used.
• If you are also using other eye drops/eye ointments, you should leave an interval of 15 minutes between applications. BLUpan medical UD should always be administered last.
• Do not use on infected or injured eyes.
• After use, visual acuity may be temporarily reduced. In this case, do not drive or operate machinery until your visual acuity returns to normal.
• Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date, which is printed on each single-dose container and on the carton.

Storage:
Store at 2°C to 25°C. Protect from frost. Store single-dose containers in the original carton, protected from light.
