Calcivit D® chewable tablets, 600 mg/400 IU
Active ingredients: calcium carbonate and colecalciferol
Application areas:
To compensate for combined vitamin D and calcium deficiencies in elderly patients; for vitamin D and calcium supplementation as an adjunct to specific treatment for osteoporosis in patients who have been identified as having combined vitamin D and calcium deficiencies or are at high risk of developing such deficiencies.
Note: Contains sucrose.

- Adults take 1 chewable tablet 1 to 2 times daily.

- The drug must not be taken by patients with severe kidney dysfunction. No dose adjustment is required in hepatic impairment.

If you take more of the medicine than you should
- A single overdose is usually without consequences.
- Signs of overdose are only to be expected with long-term, excessive intake of the drug or additional intake of other calcium preparations. Signs of an overdose are: increased thirst and fluid intake, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, muscle weakness, fatigue and abnormally increased urination.
