Chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomile L.) DER 4:1, hydrolyzed milk protein (Lactium®), inulin, inositol (myo-inositol), L-leucine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
1 capsule contains: chamomile extract DER 4:1 380 mg, inositol 50 mg, Lactium® 150 mg, L-leucine 10 mg.
2 capsules contain: chamomile extract DER 4:1 760 mg, inositol 100 mg, Lactium® 300 mg, L-leucine 20 mg.
3 capsules contain: chamomile extract DER 4:1 1240 mg, inositol 150 mg, Lactium® 450 mg, L-leucine 30 mg.
4 capsules contain: chamomile extract DER 4:1 1520 mg, inositol 200 mg, Lactium® 600 mg, L-leucine 40 mg.
Recommended daily intake
Adults: Stress prevention: 1 capsule daily, with water. Use for a month. Chronic stress: 1 capsule 2 times daily, with water. Use for 15 days. Severe stress: 2 capsules 2 times daily, with water. Use on the day before and on the day of severe stress.
