Gymnema leaf extract and chromium support the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Gymnema leaf extract also helps maintain a healthy appetite. White mulberry leaf extract may contribute
to normal carbohydrate metabolism. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, reduce tiredness and fatigue, and contribute to normal psychological function.
Ingredients
: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, gurmar leaf extract (Gymnema sylvestre) containing gymnemic acid, white mulberry leaf extract (Morus alba), bulking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agent: sorbitol, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, fatty acids, glazing agents: gum arabic, carrageenan, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pterylmonoglutamic acid), chromium (chromium picolinate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
2 coated tablets contain: gurmar leaf extract 400 mg (including gymnemic acids 100 mg), white mulberry leaf extract 200 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg (142.8%)*, folic acid 400 µg (200%)*, chromium 200 µg (500%)*, vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100%)*.

Recommended Daily Intake
Adults: 1 coated tablet 2 times daily. Take the preparation before a meal, one tablet before breakfast and one tablet before lunch. Drink with water.
