Application

Recommended use:

How: When using castor oil as a laxative, it is generally advisable to start with a small dose, around 15 ml for an adult, 5 ml for a child, and check how well tolerated it is. Gradually increase to up to 60 ml for adults and around 10 ml for children. To avoid nausea, the oil should be taken on an empty stomach.
