CEFASEL 100 nutri selenium:

Selenium supports the normal function of the immune system and the thyroid gland and is important for protecting cells from oxidative damage, for maintaining normal hair and nails and for normal sperm formation.

1 tablet contains:
100 μg selenium.

Recommended CEFASEL 100 nutri selenium dosage:

take 1 tablet daily with some liquid (e.g. water) without chewing.

Concomitant consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided as this can impair the optimal availability of sodium selenite. A time-staggered consumption (at least one hour), however, no longer has any influence.
