Recommended use:
Adults take the contents of one sachet once a day, adolescents over 13 years of age every 2nd day and children over 7 years of age every 3rd day. Take directly without liquid, ideally shortly before or after a meal. The contents can be divided into several portions. The sachets are opened along the perforated line in the direction of the arrow.

*Vitamin D and magnesium support the maintenance of normal muscle function and, together with vitamin K, the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients:
filler erythritol, starch, magnesium oxide (17.3%), magnesium salts of citric acid (14.4%), flavouring, filler hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, thickener sodium carboxymethylcellulose, menaquinone1, cholecalciferol2.
