Here are some important tips:
- For thick calluses and rough edges, you can first take a relaxing foot bath and then work the skin with a good callus rasp. Afterwards, dry your feet very thoroughly, wait a little while until the skin is completely dry, and then apply a small amount of Celyoung foot cream to your entire foot!
If you don't feel like using a foot file or taking a foot bath, that's okay too... the cream will still work, but using a foot file can significantly speed up the process of reducing calluses and help the cream penetrate the deeper layers of skin better!
For thick calluses, apply cream to your feet once or twice a day until the calluses, pressure points, and dryness have reduced to your desired level. Afterwards, apply once a week to prevent new calluses from forming and to keep your feet soft and supple.
- In case of severe or even open heel cracks, the feet should be briefly bathed in lukewarm water (without additives) so that dirt particles and fiber residues are rinsed out of the cracks.
Then apply Celyoung heel and foot cream to the dry foot (it must be completely dry!)...especially carefully and thickly directly onto the cracked areas on the heels.
For best results, apply twice daily at the start of treatment until the cracks are completely closed (this can take 1 to 4 weeks depending on the depth of the cracks) or no longer present.
