CentroVision ^® Retina + Q10 is a dietary supplement with a combination of coenzyme Q10, grape extract, blueberry extract and the natural carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, the trace elements Chromium and copper, vitamins A, B1, B2, niacin, B6, B12 and folic acid as well as vitamins C and E.

CENTROVISION Retina+Q10 Ingredients:

Omega-3 fatty acid concentrate from fish oil, gelatin (beef), humectants: glycerin, vitamin C, coenzyme Q10, coconut oil, blueberry extract, grape extract (peel, seed), fully hydrogenated soybean oil, vitamin E, niacin, lutein-rich extract from Tagetes erecta, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin A, folic acid, chromium (III) chloride, dyes: iron oxides and iron hydroxides, copper sulfate, vitamin B12.

Recommended CENTROVISION Retina+Q10 dosage:

Take 1 capsule daily in the morning and evening, preferably with a meal, with liquid.
