Cetaphil PRO ItchControl Clean Extra Mild Hand Wash cleanses hands with mild surfactants and is completely free of abrasives, dyes, fragrances, and soap. Soap can raise the skin's pH level and disrupt its natural protective acid mantle. By omitting soap, the acid mantle is preserved. In addition to soap, we also avoid abrasives. Abrasives often consist of plastic, wood flour, or walnut shells and can damage the skin's surface.
Application: Lightly dampen hands, apply a small amount of the product, and massage in. As the hand wash lathers, dirt particles are encapsulated by the mild surfactants and can then be rinsed away with lukewarm water. Finally ,
