Chlorella is a single-celled microalga that grows in freshwater. It is an alga with a single nucleus and belongs to the group of green algae. Chlorella is a type of freshwater alga that is cultivated in clear water.
Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal function of the immune system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron also plays a role in cell division.
Recommended intake:
