The Accutrend Plus from Roche is a blood analysis device for determining cholesterol, triglycerides and lactate levels

The Accutrend® Plus System is a flexible, handheld point-of-care device for determining three key cardiometabolic parameters and lactate levels. The system is intended for use in physician's offices and hospitals, as well as for self-monitoring at home under medical supervision and during exercise. The measurement requires only a small amount of capillary blood.

The permissible temperature for measurement depends on the parameter to be determined:
Glucose: 18 °C to 32 °C
Cholesterol: 18 °C to 35 °C
Triglycerides: 18 °C to 30 °C
Lactate: 15 °C to 35 °C
