This formula combines three bioactive forms of choline to ensure a comprehensive supply. High-quality citicoline (Cognizin®) provides particularly good bioavailability, while L-choline bitartrate offers a well-tolerated alternative to phosphatidylcholine. Choline supports the maintenance of normal liver function as well as normal fat and homocysteine metabolism. This combination is ideally suited for targeted choline supplementation in your daily diet.
Recommended intake:
1 capsule once daily. Ideally, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
