Applications, dosage, recommended consumption
Cistus tea:
Pour 1 liter of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of Cistus herb and cook for 2 to 5 minutes to let go.
The tea can be refined with honey and lemon.

Cistus Sud:
Pour ½ to 1 liter of water over 2 to 3 tablespoons of cistus herb and bring to the boil, allow to cool for 5 minutes and strain.
