collagen hydrolysate consists of the amino acids that are the building blocks for the body's own formation of collagen and proteoglycans in cartilage tissue. With Gelenkosan you supply the body with the vital substance vitamin E.

Recommended use:
Apply the gel evenly several times a day as required.

Recommended consumption: Take 2 capsules daily with a little liquid.
