How to use Mieloguard Move sachets:
Recommended daily dose: one sachet. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (approximately 100-250 ml), mix thoroughly and drink immediately, without waiting for complete dissolution. If there is any residue left in the glass, pour a small amount of water, mix and drink. In the case of active athletes, it is recommended to use the preparation before meals and after training. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
