INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Conjunctiva comp., liquid dilution for injection

Composition:
1 ampoule contains: Argentum metallicum Dil. D29 aquos. 0.1 g, Atropa belladonna ex herba ferm 33a Dil. D14 0.1 g (HAB, Vs. 33a), Conjunctiva bovis Gl Dil. D16 0.1 g (HAB, Vs. 41b), Echinacea pallida e planta tota ferm 33c Dil. D2 0.1 g (HAB, Vs. 33c), Quarz Dil. D19 aquos. 0.1 g. Other ingredients: sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, water for injections.

Indications:
According to anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature. These include: stimulation of the immune and creative powers in acute and chronic conjunctivitis.

Contraindications:
Conjunctiva comp. should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to one of the active ingredients or excipients or to other members of the Asteraceae family. As a matter of principle, Conjunctiva comp. not be used in the case of progressive systemic diseases (progressive general diseases) such as tuberculosis, leukemia (leukemia or leukemia-like diseases), collagenoses (inflammatory diseases of the connective tissue), multiple sclerosis, AIDS, HIV infection (infection with the AIDS virus), chronic viral diseases and autoimmune diseases (diseases directed against the body's own tissue).

Precautions for use and warnings:
Only give the medicine Conjunctiva comp. to children under 12 years of age after consulting a doctor, as there is currently insufficient experience to make a general recommendation for this age group.

Dosage and method of administration:
Unless otherwise prescribed, inject 1 ml subcutaneously twice a week to once a day.

Duration of use:
Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within 1 day, consult a doctor. The duration of treatment for chronic illnesses requires consultation with a doctor. Conjunctiva comp. should not be used for longer than 2 weeks without interruption.

Side effects:
Very rarely, hypersensitivity reactions may occur, requiring discontinuation of the product. Skin rash, itching, and rarely, facial swelling, shortness of breath, dizziness, and a drop in blood pressure have been observed with products containing echinacea preparations.
