Application:

1 capsule per day with a meal

  • 485 mg pea mix (Pisum sativum)
  • 100 mg coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone emulsion: actiVmulsion®)
  • 20 mg vitamin B3 (niacinamide, niacin)
  • 10 mg vitamin B5 - pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate)
  • 2 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate)
  • 1.7 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate)
  • 1.5 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine pyrophosphate chloride)
  • 400 mcg 5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt
  • 300 mcg biotin (D-biotin)
  • 6 mcg vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)

Ingredients:

Pisum sativum (actiVbase®: organically grown, naturally contains polyphenols, SOD and catalase), capsule: gelatin, coenzyme Q10 (actiVmulsion®), thickener: Senegal acacia, niacinamide, niacin, D-calcium pantothenate, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (vegetable source), water, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, riboflavin-5'-phosphate, thiamine pyrophosphate chloride, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt, D-biotin, methylcobalamin

This product is free from:

Soya, Gluten, Milk (including Lactose), Sugar, Preservatives, Synthetic Fragrances, Colors and Flavourings, Yeast

Notes:

This food supplement should not be taken by children under 3 years of age.

Interactions:

Cholesterol-lowering medications (e.g. statins) cause an increased need for coenzyme Q10. A supplement with at least 60 mg of coenzyme Q10 emulsion per day is then minimally required to maintain normal coenzyme Q10 status. The need for heart medications, on the other hand, is reduced by the use of coenzyme Q10. Other interactions with regular or natural medicines are also possible.
