microencapsulated turmeric extract with starch, vegetable capsule made from cellulose and gellan gum, bromelain, papain, resveratrol, zinc bisglycinate, sodium selenite, cholecalciferol, superplasticizer magnesium salts of fatty acids.

1-2 capsules twice a day approx. 30-60 minutes before or at the earliest 2 hours after a meal with sufficient water.
