1 bottle (25 ml) of Cuvital® drinking concentrate contains:
60 mg vitamin C
18 mg nicotinamide (vitamin B3)
10 mg a-TE vitamin E
6 mg pantothenic acid
2 mg beta-carotene
2 mg vitamin B6
1.6 mg vitamin B2
1 .4 mg vitamin B1
200 µg folic acid
0.15 mg biotin
1 µg vitamin B12
10 mg coenzyme Q10
30 µg selenium
0.25 g soy lecithin powder
0.25 g wheat germ extract powder
0.05 g evening primrose seed powder
0.05 g nettle leaf powder

CUVITAL, coenzyme Q10, evening primrose drinking recommendation
1 bottle once a day. Please shake the bottle before use. Then mix the concentrate in a glass of water (approx. 50 ml) and then drink.

As an alternative (advice from users): 1 vial once a day. Leave about 1/5 of the contents of the bottle in your mouth for about 1 to 2 minutes and only then swallow. This should be repeated every hour. It is best to take it as a cure for 25 days.
