1 tablet contains: ashwagandha extract 200 mg, including withanolides 10 mg, L-tryptophan 100 mg, vitamin B1 1.4 mg (127%)*, vitamin B2 2.1 mg (150%)*, vitamin B6 3 mg (214%)*, vitamin B12 3 µg (120%)*, folic acid 200 µg (100%)*.
