In addition to the valuable secondary plant substances in the form of extracts from buds of the black currant, field elm, walnut tree and woolly viburnum, Derma Plus contains zinc, vitamin C and niacin (vitamin B3). All of our extracts come from controlled organic cultivation.

We deliberately chose a nutrient combination of zinc, vitamin C and niacin because these nutrients can have a positive effect on skin health: While vitamin C is often reduced to its immune function, it contributes, among other things, to collagen formation for normal skin function. Niacin and zinc help maintain healthy skin.

The power of the buds

The blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum): belongs to the gooseberry family and is native to European and Asian forests. The thornless shrub is between one and two meters high and, when in bloom, bears yellowish-green leaves with brown-red edges.

The field elm (Ulmus mino): is an evergreen deciduous tree that is mainly found in Europe. Individual populations also exist in North Africa and Asia Minor. The field elm can be up to 600 years old and grow to 40 meters high.

The walnut tree (Juglans regia): is widespread from Europe through Asia Minor to China. The Romans brought the walnut tree to Germania for the first time.

The woolly viburnum (Viburnum lantana): belongs to the musk herb family. Its distribution area includes Europe and the Caucasus region. The shrub prefers light deciduous forests, bushes and roadsides as a location.
