Allergic colds (allergic rhinitis) occur as a reaction to the body's own messenger histamine. Through contact with allergens such as pollen, animal hair, etc., this is increasingly released from our body and accumulates on the histamine H1 receptors. Histamine is a tissue hormone that can cause allergic reactions by binding to the H1 receptors in the body. These receptors are occupied by the active ingredient desloratadine, which suppresses the effects of histamine and thus the symptoms of the allergic reaction.

Recommended Use:
This medicine is for oral use. Swallow the tablet whole (without chewing).
The recommended dose is 1 film-coated tablet once a day with water. You can take the tablet with or without food.

One film-coated tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. The recommended dose is 1 film-coated tablet per day. It can be taken independently of food intake.

Deslora – 1 A Pharma ® contains the active ingredient desloratadine, a 3rd generation H1 antihistamine. Deslora - 1 A Pharma ® should not be taken if you are allergic to desloratadine or loratadine. Please ask your doctor for advice if you have reduced kidney function or are at risk of seizures. It is generally not advisable to take desloratadine and alcohol at the same time.
