Procedure:
Immerse the coil in a tub filled with water (not included), dissolve ½ spoon (measuring spoon included) of salt (we recommend the special activation salt), switch on the device, put on the wrist cuff and immerse your feet in the water.

Attention:
Use a maximum of half a measuring spoon of salt. Please do not use Himalayan salt or sea salt as the electrodes will quickly suffer and break. For this reason we offer our special activation salt for optimal performance.

Electric current ionizes the water: it is broken down into a multitude of positively and negatively charged ions. These can penetrate the pores of the feet and neutralize oppositely charged substances that normally leave the body only slowly.
