Unlike many animals, humans cannot produce vitamin C themselves. Nevertheless, vitamin C fulfills many important tasks in the body. Probably the most well-known task is the support of the immune system. Zinc is one of the so-called essential trace elements. This means that it is essential for human life but cannot be produced by the body itself. In addition, the body cannot store zinc, which is why it must be ingested regularly with food. Zinc is involved in over 200 enzymes and thus in a large number of processes such as cell growth, wound healing and of course the body's own defense system. 

Consumption recommendation:  
Adults and children over the age of 12 slowly dissolve 4-5 lozenges in their mouths daily as needed. Children from 6 to 11 years old let 3 lozenges slowly melt in their mouths daily if required. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. 

Nutritional values:
Contains 120mg (150%*) of vitamin C per 3 lozenges. *Nutritional reference values ​​according to EU regulation 1169/2011

sweetener isomalt, vitamin C, flavors (cherry, blackberry), natural flavors (menthol, mint oil), acidifier citric acid, blackcurrant leaf extract, black carrot extract, zinc sulphate, sweetener steviol glycoside from Stevia, thickener gum arabic
