Na Sen Forte dietary supplement is a composition of plant ingredients enriched with magnesium and vitamin B6 with added melatonin. Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep when taken 1 mg
shortly before bedtime. Melatonin can also be helpful while traveling, as it helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag (beneficial effects are obtained when 0.5 mg is taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arrival at the destination). Lavender flower extract helps promote relaxation and rest. Hop extract and lemon balm leaf extract support healthy sleep.

1 capsule contains: hop cone extract 200 mg, lemon balm leaf extract 100 mg, lavender herb extract 30 mg, melatonin 1 mg, magnesium 56.3 mg (15%)*, vitamin B6 0.4 mg (29%)*.

Recommended Daily Intake
: Adults: 1 tablet approximately 1 hour before bedtime; drink plenty of water.
