Take 1⁄2 - 1 tablet daily with a meal with sufficient liquid without chewing. Take 1 tablet if you have an increased magnesium requirement due to high physical strain at work and in sports combined with a diet low in magnesium. If you only have an unbalanced diet, take 1⁄2 tablet.
