Lactacholine contains L - (+) - lactic acid from non-dairy fermentation, B vitamins and choline and optimally supports the maintenance of normal liver function as well as fat, energy and homocysteine metabolism . The body needs choline and vitamins B6 and B12 to metabolize the protein breakdown product homocysteine.

The nutrients contained in lactacholine can, among other things, make the following scientifically proven health contribution to normal body function:
Choline (formerly vitamin B4),
especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with regular alcohol consumption and with a vegetarian or vegan diet, it is advisable to ensure that you have an adequate intake of choline. Only 10% of adults and adolescents in the USA take in the recommended amount of 450–550 mg choline per day (data for Germany are unfortunately not available).
DR.JACOB'S Lactacholine (Lactacholin) Consumption recommendation:
1 to 2 times a day with a meal, drink 1.5 ml diluted in 300 ml water. NEVER consume PUR, as it is highly concentrated dextrorotatory lactic acid!
Tip: Lactacholine can be optimally combined with Dr. Jacob's base powder.
