ActiveBRAVO Joghurt Powder is a colostrum‑enriched supplement that supports gut health with a complex probiotic ecosystem. Each sachet contains resistant dextrin, colostrum and active bacterial cultures, delivering over 100 probiotic strains. The powder is mixed with warm milk to create a nutritious yoghurt, ideal for adults and children when portioned to body weight. Preparation requires boiling milk, cooling to about 40 °C, and a 24–48 hour fermentation at room temperature. The finished yoghurt can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. The powder itself should be kept sealed in a cool, dry place and can be frozen for up to twelve months. Contains colostrum, the precious first milk that provides newborns with natural antibodies, immune factors, and enzymes. Combined with active bacterial cultures and a prebiotic matrix of resistant dextrin, a complex ecosystem with over 100 probiotic strains is created during fermentation.

Preparation:
- Bring 1 liter of milk to a boil while stirring, then let it cool to about 40°C (do not stir).
- Skim off the milk skin
- Pour approximately 200 ml of lukewarm milk into a glass bowl, stir in 1 sachet of ActiveBRAVO (optional: 5 ml olive oil)
- Add the remaining milk and whisk well.
- Loosely cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 24–48 hours at room temperature (21–30°C) – do not move, do not stir!
- Once the gel consistency is reached, mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Consumption:
Adults: Approximately 140 ml of BRAVO yogurt daily.
Children: Adjust daily amount according to body weight
