Composition:


1 tablet contains 80 mg of Drotaverini hydrochloridum.

Drotaverini hydrochloridum, Drotafemme Forte 80mg 20 tablets Indications

Drotafemme Forte is used:

- in spasms of smooth muscles associated with biliary tract diseases:
cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, pericystitis, inflammation of the bile ducts, inflammation of the ampulla of Vater,

- in spasms of smooth muscles of the urinary tract:
nephrolithiasis , ureteral stones, inflammation of the renal pelvis, inflammation of the urinary bladder, painful urge to urinate.

Drotaverini hydrochloridum, Drotafemme Forte 80mg 20 tablets And as an adjuvant:

- in spasms of the smooth muscles of the digestive tract: peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastritis, enteritis, colitis, in spasms of the cardia and pylorus stomach, irritable bowel syndrome, spastic constipation, intestinal flatulence and pancreatitis,

- in gynecological diseases: painful menstruation.

Drotaverini hydrochloridum, Drotafemme Forte 80mg 20 tablets Action

Drotafemme Forte contains the active substance drotaverine hydrochloride. This substance is used in the spasm of smooth muscles of both nervous and muscular origin, most often manifested by pain in the abdominal cavity. The antispasmodic effect of drotaverine does not depend on the type of innervation or location of smooth muscles (digestive tract, urogenital system, circulatory system and biliary tract).
The drug is metabolized in the liver, excreted mainly in the urine and to a lesser extent through the gastrointestinal tract.



Directions for use


Daily dose: 120 to 240 mg, in 2 - 3 divided doses.
