How often and in what quantity should you take Echinest® No. 160?

Unless otherwise prescribed, in acute conditions allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth every half to one hour, up to a maximum of 6 times daily.

Use for longer than one week should only be undertaken after consultation with a doctor or alternative practitioner experienced in homeopathy.

In chronic cases, allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth 1-3 times daily.

If symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.

How and when should you take Echinest® No. 160?

Allow the tablets to dissolve in your mouth before or between meals.

How long should you use Echinest® No. 160?

Echinest® No. 160 should not be used for longer than 2 weeks without medical advice.
